10 Reason why not to go to 6 flags
The Poltergeist ride
It was a hot summers day in Texas on June 12th 2007 when the Kuhn family took a trip down to 6 flags. After waiting some time in line Hailey who was 14 didn't feel too well in the Texan heat but as anyone who has spent hours in line would tell you, you don't give up until you have rode the Poltergeist ride.
Hailey managed to make it all the way to the coaster carts when she fainted. Something you might expect kids to do in the blistering sun, but I forgot to mention her unconscious body managed to slip between the platform and the coaster car.
Had she done this on any other rides at Fiesta Texas she would have landed in a safety net, but this ride didn't have any so she fell 10 feet and landed on to a concrete block leaving little Hailey a paraplegic. But don't worry, the park still has not fitted any nets yet due to the accident not happening on the ride. The Texas park has an outstanding record of 1,800 people injured from 2000 to 2008 with only 120 broken bones, 60 chipped teeth and a hand full of amputations. Not bad!
